Achy today.

Endo cysts

I had a pain today - like a cyst about to burst pain. I reached down and felt that area, like to hold it and keep it safe - it was tender! I could actually FEEL the cyst on the outside of my jeans.

The pain did go away. Thank you Lord.

Now I'm extremely tired.

Stupid, stinkin' annoying gas pains today! grrr

Gluten free helps tons, but it (gluten) can sneak in there and annoy the hell outta my system!

 Last night I ate lumpia and rice. Lumpias are Filippino egg rolls ----- the wraps are made with wheat flour.   I only ate 3 last night. Today my system was 'alright', but not perfect.  So, for lunch today, I ate 3 more... now my system is screaming angry and completely pissed at me!!

Sunday 10/30/11

Pain in the descending colon. It goes away, but enduring it takes a bit more.  I got thru it and even sang on the worship team that morning.

Thank you Lord for letting it pass.
